Your new Tribu Sunnies have been hand-checked for quality assurance before being sent to you. We offer a 15-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. All claims are valid with original proof of purchase. Warranty does not cover general wear and misuse, such as scratches, breakages, and loss of screws or nose pieces. In the unlikely event our product wasn't delivered to you, please contact the email at the bottom of the website, and we will exchange the product or issue a refund.
